Help Needed! Crate training......

I think I had a previous post title crate training, but this is different. Lola is doing a good job in her crate. She would pee in it with the mattress thing in it so we removed it and she hasn't since then.

Anyways, when do we start making it so she has more room in the crate. Do you just follow her growth or what? I would assume that is what you do, but not sure.

Yes, as she grows, increase the size of her available space.
