Sorry, thats funny and some what familiar too. When Usko does this I just put my hand in my pocket, cause he knows there sometimes is treats. So sometimes he get some treats and sometimes doesn't. If that doesn't help I check that it's safe and drop the leash and walk on, soon enough he comes running after me, looking a bit amazed how I could leave him!!!

We jingle our car keys. Pan loves going on car rides, so when he hears them jingle he associates it with a trip.

You could also drive to a half point, walk her back to the house, and take a solo walk back for your car. Might not be ideal for you, but it might solve the "I'm not walking problem" since she gladly walks home.

Get a wagon. Pull her in it to the destination.... Then make her walk home. And you still have the wagon in case she really likes it and begins to insist on being pulled about in both directions.
