Basil has left the buildingā¦ please welcome our newest shelter pickup. Basil is microchipped, but his family never came for him. Heās covered in demodex and is itchy, itchy, itchy ā¦ and stinky. But, donāt worry, Basil. Youāll be feeling and smelling better soon!
11/12/17 Update: Basil is a big boy and very handsome! He can get a little stubborn when you want him to do something that isnāt on his agenda but he responds well to rewards and seems to want to please. He is another guy that doesnāt like other dogs ā we just donāt know what was in his background so I donāt know why. He enjoys his crate, settles very quickly and is quiet as a mouse.
