Meet Molly. Molly is five years old, spayed, UTD on her shots, crate trained and housebroken. Molly is a special Bullie. She was an owner surrender because of some behaviors that she developed that they did not like. We placed her with a trainer who determined that she had been allowed to have her own way too much and was inappropriately spoiled and needed a family who could provide a lot of structure and help Molly feel secure by knowing her place in the family hierarchy.
Molly is with a foster mom now who is socializing Molly to give her confidence with other dogs and with new people. Molly takes several days to warm up to a new person. We are looking for a “family” for Molly that might consist of only one or two people in a quiet household. Preferably this family would have had some experience with Bulldogs and be willing to continue obedience training and socialization. Molly knows the commands, sit, down and come.
Molly has been diagnosed with a seizure disorder which is controlled with daily medication. She has also had several ear infections and a urinary tract infection. She needs to be on a high quality, grain free dog food. Her ears will need to be checked and cleaned two or three times a week and he tail pocket will need to be cleaned daily. . She has some problems with her left rear knee that will be helped as she continues to lose weight. If you are interested in adopting Molly please fill our our application and call Mari DeCuir 865-688-2270.
