I do have the upload size at a pretty high setting. Your picture files must be very large if you have to resize them. Can you tell me how many MB a typical photo on your computer is?

I'm an amateur photographer, so most of my favorite photos are taken with my 9 megapixel camera. Looking thru my photos, the average size is between 4 and 5 MB.

Is there a max number of photos you are allowed to post? I've deleted 2 in order to upload another, but it says (without even selecting a photo, just by hitting the "upload photo" tab) than this photo exceeds the allowable space by a certain kb

I don't think there is a max per user but there is a max per album. I think it's 100mb but I will check.
