Indestructible Bed?

Does anyone have any dog beds that have made it past a chewer? Jordan has a malamute/husky mix and she loooves to chew everything. She can't have a regular bed in her crate because she chews it. I've tried blankets and sheets and she shreds them. I feel bad for her just sleeping on the floor of her crate while Tank is next to her snoozing away on his suede and plush blanket!

Any ideas?

I've read/heard of people getting a piece of plywood cut to fit the crate and then covered in padding or fabric

I saved the website...looks awesome..made out of same material as bullet proof stuff! Poor Jack! I hope it helps...but I understand ..with his appetite for ummm..training bras and all!

They have crate pads too!

Kong beds from petsmart has survived two bulldog puppies. Highly recommended.

Sorry I don't know of any. I went through a bunch of dog beds and they finally settled on the one they have now. Only after so many washings I have to put the stuffing back in and sew up holes here and there but feel lucky they haven't shredded them completely.

Don't know about indestructible - but this is the cutest idea I've seen in a very long time! And so eco friendly! I love it.

Here are both beds. The brown one last about 2 years before it was just too sad to keep. Pretty good run for a bulldog household methinks

The kong bed...not at all what I pictured, Lol, it looked much sillier in my mind! I like the design of the purple one...may have to try and track one down for Jordan's crazy dog. I love that second picture of your dogs sleeping together...so cute!

I dont know of any but I do remember Mocha tearing hers apart when she was younger!!!! She finally outgrew that stage!! I do like the looks of that kong bed!! Good luck and let us know how it goes!! :luv:
