    Have him evaluated by an orthopedic specialist...he may be a candidate for FHO surgery. We have done many of these surgeries and have had fabulous results in every instance.

    Ellie at 5 would be able to run. Over 5 not allowed I think. Lala turns 6 in Dec so she wouldn’t qualify, although she’s still really fast for middle a aged girl.

    Dry is best as far as I know. I would be leaning to baby wipes for a thorough cleansing followed up with a light wipe down with Tucks or Witch Hazel(pretty much the same thing).
