  6. Re: Interesting article on raw feeding- why precautions needed

I have pretty much lost all confidence in so called scientific studies and scientist. "Scientists" are lead and controlled by money and their own prejudices.
  7. Re: Interesting article on raw feeding- why precautions needed

This is not true ...."To date, most of the purported advantages of feeding raw are based on personal stories and anecdotes and do not have support from controlled feeding trials."

    Different how?
  10. Re: What shampoo do you use and how often do you bathe?

I bathe my bullies 2-3 times a YEAR. When the food is right for them they will not smell and by bathing every 2-3 weeks you will only wash away their natural skin protection. Frequent bathing is only...

    Re: Long tail Bulldog

In Europe we really try to breed bulldogs with real tails. Like you said, because then there will be no tail pocket issues.
  13. Re: Reducing acidity of urine following kidney stone removal?

It is very important to be sure. My boy had urates. If your boy has cystines normally castration prevents renewall.
  14. Re: Reducing acidity of urine following kidney stone removal?

We had give it 3 times a day, not just once.
  15. Re: Reducing acidity of urine following kidney stone removal?

We used bicarbonate of soda with my bully who had hyperuricosuria and so urate stones. He ate raw food with mostly tripe, chicken, turkey and leafy greens.

    Re: another food article

It's mainly online, but once a month on site. I know the teacher, she is one of the first pro's of raw feeding in Finland. She's had great danes and bulldogs. She has also bred one litter of bulldogs.
