Never been through this but if you trust your vet, I would do it. I’m always paranoid with eye issues as they can turn bad quickly if not taken care of.

That sounds more like it for a 13 week old puppy! I have never seen a puppy not run around and play. Maybe he was just getting settled into his new home.

My friend made the “tie” blankets for each pup but they can’t have them because Ella will pull and chew on the ties. So they’re just tucked away until she grows up lol.
