    If they get swollen, you can do an Epsom Salt soak. My boy won't stand for that however so if I notice his getting red or swollen I use Duoxo Mousse or Veterycin Wound care....

    My bully vet recommended it when we first got Monty, (at 4 yrs old), we also had his nares widened. It made a big difference. He still puffs and pants, he's a bulldog, but it is not laboured like...
