You'd need to have a PayPal account before you chip in. Once that's done, all you have to do is click on the chip in link and it'll automatically prompt you to log in to paypal.

I tried the link on the big computer and it said copy to web browser or something, so I gave up and sent the chip in to the donation page. Just split the amount between the two if you would be so kind.
