Welcome Roscoe!

This is a small boy that was given to a family that used him as puppy mill. His original owner got him back but is unable to provide the care he needs.

He has some major skin issues that we are already addressing. He will need cherry eye and a neuter before he is ready to find his forever home.

He seems to get along with everyone, we will get a better feel on his personality as we get him feeling better.
