He was emaciated at only 31 lbs, has a horrible case of demodex mange and is almost completely bald other than his head, and nails so long that they have curled back and grown into his feet. He has been treated for the mange and other neglect, and neutered. He will require more TLC in his new home. Please submit an application if you would like to have Bear consider adopting you!
