Dudley was welcomed into the rescue as a shelter pull on August 6th. His owner went to a nursing home and relatives only came once a week to feed and check on him. The continued neglect brough him down to a mere 31 lbs. He has undergone surgeries for entropian in both eyes, had both knees redone, and ACL damage repaired. He is a very happy boy who loves everyone.
