Good with cats: Maybe, he is interested in the cats, does not have a strong prey drive, but will chase them periodically. If the cats are used to dogs it should be no problem, he understands a swipe means to leave them alone.
Good with kids: No, kids will need to be older (13 to 15 years old & above)... Clarke has snapped at younger children in his former home.
