Precious is a 6 year old female purebred English bulldog. She came to rescue on Valentines day 2014. She was surrendered as a result of the arrest of her owner who was a homeless drug addict. Precious was malnourished, grossly underweight, her skin was in terrible condition and a problem in her right eye. She was fully vetted and is on medication for her ears, her skin, and her eye. Precious is housetrained but can't be spayed until her medication has run it's course. She loves riding in the car and is fine with children at the vet office. Precious has no normal dog skills,she doesn't react to her name, she doesn't come when called, she knows no normal doggie tricks and can't grasp the concept of play. Precious has beautiful markings and coloring, she has a great appetite and is putting on weight and reacting well to attention and affection.She has bonded quickly to her foster Mom and will be a wonderful companion to someone. Precious needs a home with no small dogs and NO cats. Precious is being fostered in the Pittsburgh area.
