I am a neutered male

So my name is Outlaw and that was given to me when I was surrendered because I was super scared and acted out a bit. But I'm better now because the wonderful volunteers have assessed me and I have a couple of medical issues that need to be taken care of including something on my eye, which is part of the reason why I am so scared. I just need a loving home that will have time for me. Unfortunately, it seems like that is why a lot of us bullies are being surrendered- because the family doesn't have time for us anymore. SO, I REQUIRE a family that has the time for me and understands that I am just scared sometimes. Other than that, I am being further evaluated but seem to be okay with dogs after a proper transition and calmer children. Yes, I have a little diva in me when I require things, so are you up for the challenge?
