My name is Elsa, and I am a total sweetheart. I was surrendered because I get super excited when I drink water and sometimes when I eat and this caused me to vomit a little (it happens, right, bulldoggers?). Anyway, my foster mom wets my kibble a little and limits my water intake and have had no problems! I get along with kids of all ages and dogs, big and small. Right now, a Scottie is my boyfriend! Would wants to be my fur-ever home?
