LOL, don’t know about expert but mine have been in Ruff Wear jackets for over 10 years. I absolutely love these jackets and they do well for bullies. Emma’s loves swimming, Wilson just stays at the shore but he has to have one on cause he’ll sink like the Titanic, well Emma will too even though she’s lean. I’m at work right now so I can search for you. But if you type in life jacks into the search bar there are quite a few threads that’ll pop up. Some like the ones they get at Petsmart which would probably be fine too. For our boat dogs it’s Ruff Wear all the way as we need something strong that we can pull them into the boat when they in the water swimming. We've been boating for years but usually just have the pitties with us on the boat for obvious reasons.

If you’re bullies top heavy a jacket that has more buoyancy at the top will be better. Ruff Wear doesn’t have that.
