My Usko has canine hyperuricosuria bc of a defected HUU-gene, so I know something about baldder stones. My Usko has Urate stones that are formed in acidic urine. So your dogs stones have been diagnosed to be struvites? Struvites form in alkaline urine are usually caused by imflammation and are really easier to treat.
What it all comes down to is what you're feeding him? Let me know.
First thing you could do is buy an electronic pH -meter and some cranberry pills.
