here is a weird question....It was VERY hot here on Monday and I bought a little pool that Darla liked to sit in, she enjoyed it and it really cooled her down. Yesterday (Wed) I noticed that her tail (corkscrew, but not inverted....) was stiff, and upon further investigation while I was washing it, smelled somewhat sweet like she sat in applesauce or something. I dried her off, and we went to bed. This morning her tail fur is stiff again. I am wondering if anyone has had a problem with the tail and it getting wet one day, and having some drainage the next? I would think it would smell foul, or yeasty but it does not....I am going to give her a full tub bath, and make sure I dry the underside really well this AM. I am also going to have someone hold her up so that I can really look under the tail at the skin to see if it is compromised....any thoughts? Gross huh?:detective:

Your talking to yourself again down there hehe! But as far as spaying Darla.... i think they usually recommend around 6-7 months I think it is better to do before she goes into her first heat. Also her being smaller might be a good thing. Bigger bullies have more trouble with breathing and such and it is harder for them to go under anesthesia. But just ask your vet they should be able to tell you as far as when they think you should do it. Gracie was spayed around 7 months. :)

Honey you are talking to yourself down there  Don't worry I did it too! You have to find some ones name to write them or you can go into the forum and pick witch subject you want to post in....General Bull Dog talk is the most popular and there is Bulldog health the you might find supplement info about.....A lot of people on here use Salmon oil and mix it with bullies food once a day suppose to be good for the skin and the coat...it is a supplement. I just started my Coop on it a few days ago and fyi if you use it be read for the :fart::fart: It is out of this world. They say it will stop after a little while he has to get use to it lol....
