Will be keeping fingers crossed that it is good news. My breeder was willing to help with some of Sebastian's costs, but unfortunately he isn't a candidate for surgery. His coronary arteries are too narrow, so we're just letting him be a happy little bully for as long as he has. You would never know that he has a heart condition except he's on the small side, he only weighs 40 pounds and like I said he is almost 14 months old. Now his brother Oliver has no heart problems and he weighs 60 pounds and Sebastian is more active and hyper than Oliver. Remy, the new baby is only 16 weeks and he already weighs 25 pounds and is also very active and playful. Keep me posted on what the echo shows.
Hi Tanya! Welcome to EBN, the best bulldog forum in the world. Becky asked me to get in touch with you since you have a little baby with a grade 3/4 heart murmur and I have a 14 month old baby with what was originally diagnosed as a grade 3, but turned into severe pulmonic stenosis. Sebastian is doing great, though, and doesn't let his heart trouble slow him down a bit. Has Eden had an echo done or anything or just that's what the vet heard? I'm also adopting another little baby with a borderline innocent murmur and will have him in for an echo as soon as he gets here from AZ. If you have any questions, and I know you will, please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. I may not have all the answers, but can certainly give comfort.
