UPDATE:
Well so it turns out that my "friend" was less then truthfull with me. The female has not been fixed. On a brighter note my new bully has a clean bill of health. I have an appt tomorrow to get her spayed.
As far as the humping goes. i was able to correct his behavior. So that has helped alot.
