the 4 star is a simple single meat food, the gold is several meats in one food, after you have tried all the 4 star foods go to the gold, and stay there as long as you like and throw in the odd bag of a 4 star food from time to time as a change. your dog will never get intolerant to any meats this way. But even if you buy a 30lb bag, if anything is not tolerable to your dog. the food is always guaranteed. no matter how little is left. this service is a great idea and the prices are not much bigger than the stores and saves time and gas too.!
