  • No not in particular he's phlemy in general and has just been on antibiotics for a tail pocket infection he also chews bits of sticks when we go walking and sometimes eats grass but only small amounts.
He does seem to be regurgitating durning the night since starting the raw but again I have read that they do that in order to eat again. I'm not getting upset about it the dog appears to be in very good form and is super active since he's been neutered.
Thank you so much I will get him on to the minced meat mixes probably from Thursday on as I have some ordered they have organ and bone all mixed I think this is a good way to start and I will move on to the recreational bone maybe in a week or two. I am really appreciative of the help you have given me.
He is doing well on the raw chicken so far he has a tiny bit of phlegm in his throat but I'm not overly worried about that. Funny enough I have ordered the chicken feet someone mentioned them to me I'm sure he will love them.
Once again thank you for all your help.
No problem there is no rush I'm just starting him this week on chicken fillets once a day so it will be a gradual process (he's still getting his kibble)
    Thank you.
    Hello Raghu,
Hope it's ok to message you here. I am going to start raw feeding from Monday and I just have a couple of questions regarding bones. I know from before you are quite knowledgeable on raw feeding.
What are the best type of recreational bones to give?
Is oxtail a good food bone?
Also is tinned tuna suitable? I know it has to be in brine. Do you feed fish? I have read it has to be frozen for 3 weeks due to parasites that can live in fish.
Thank you for all your help so far.
    Olive & George.
