Bulldogs are extremely loyal and LOVING animals, so yes, it's very normal that your bully wants to be near you all the time. I have two and they follow me around everywhere. My oldest one, Tate, has to sit very close to me on the sofa and usually rests his head on my leg or stomach. When we sleep my younger boy Finn will snuggle very close to me.
