I have tried to adopt and deal with them but they always seem to blow me off or come up with excuses is it because i live in mississippi and they dont want to adopt out of state, they havent said that its always we will get back with you or they have been adopted?? we would give the best home to one of these babies in need!!! also the email i got about my adoption application they stated it was wonderful so i dont know. wasnt sure if you had any idea how it works. thanks
