So sad ....... and one of the reasons why we have a 6 foot wooden fence all around our back yard. In England every house has a wall or a fence around the property and I found it strange and vulnerable when I came here to live to not have it, so I made hubby put up the fence before we moved over with the two dogs and cat we already had. Now we have even MORE dogs I am doubly grateful that we did it straight away and that we put such a tall one up!!!

Whenever we take the dogs out for a walk there is always cars slowing down so that they can take a good look and a smile at Maggie - english bulldogs just seem to attract this type of attention. It has crossed my mind more than once than those people stopping could also not have the best intentions and am careful to make sure we walk in a direction away from our house so they can't see where we live ......... OMG I think I may be paranoid!!!

yes i was told by a co worker that she heard that someone actually kicked in someones wood fence and steal dogs out of the back yard. saw on the news that this is becoming very common especially w akc/pruebreeds!!!! scares me to death just thinking about loosing my little boy
