My neighbors have found an English Bulldog in NY. YOU furnish details, for obvious reasons.

Wow! Would they be able to get to a vet and have him scanned for a chip? Also contact the local humane society and rescues and inquire if anyone has lost a bully recently.

Yes I'd look for a microchip ... and also look on craigs list to see if anybody has posted that they have lost their bully matching the description of the one your friends have found!!

I hope my neighbors know to do the right thing. They came to me first to make sure it wasn't mine. They really thought it was. I think they are walking it to see if the dog seems to recognize something.

Start with checking for chip..most police dept can check too! for a happy ending...
