Peggy comes to IBR as an owner surrender. It is said that she will need to have surgery done to both hind legs to correct the joints. She had her first vet appointment today. Please check back often for updates.
Peggy loves to greet you in the morning with one of her toys for a few rounds of fetch, and then she is ready to get the day under way. She is crate trained, but spends most of her time with free roam of our home. Peggy took very little time to get comfortable with her foster sister. They play together and have been known to share a crate for a little mid-day nap now and then.
She does not show any signs of object aggression, with the exception of the vacuum cleaner. Peggy enjoys being with people. She also loves walks, wagon rides and car rides too!
