Bio:Clover is a lovely three year old dark brindle female bullie rescued from the Kokomo Humane Society. Her former owner indicated that she fought with their Bichon, but her foster family has three other dogs that she has interacted with peacefully and playfully. Clover is house trained, crate trained, and loves to go for walks on the leash and rides in the car. She is a bit overweight, probably because of food choice by previous owners. She will drop the excess weight quickly with good food and exercise.
Clover has a sweet disposition. She is affectionate and loving, and likes to have her back scratched - she will back into people to get their attention. She loves toys that squeak, and will get excited enough to do a little "dance" when she hears one. She is strong because of her size, and needs to be walked daily with a halter instead of a collar for control. She likes to go outside with her foster siblings, and will chase a ball with enthusiasm.
Clover has been completely vet checked, and is healthy and ready for adoption. She has obviously been bred at some point, and has a small eyelid roll on one side - this is mostly cosmetic and could be repaired, but will not be necessary. She is missing one front tooth, noticeable only because it creates a gap for her tongue to hang out slightly on one side - which is very cute! Her coat is a beautiful dark brindle, with a white chest and white tips to her front paws. She enjoys baths, and is easy to work with for daily cleaning of her face, eyes, and ears. She responds quickly to her name, and will sit on command. She is a gem, and will be a wonderful companion. New owners will need to continue her healthy diet and exercise, committing to both walks and additional obedience training, due to her larger size.
