CEBR has a new Charlie in town and he is such a bundle of love. He looks really grumpy, but he's actually a sweet little dumpling. His previous owner travels a lot and loves him so much that he wanted a better life for him. He knows CEBR will find him his perfect match, so he can get lots of attention!
