Chopper's Story...

Here's Chopper, CEBR's newest boy! He was a pretty quick intake due to his family planning to dump him at the humane society tomorrow because they're moving out of state to a home that won't allow pets.
He's 7.5 years old, super sweet and cuddly, but in need of some major TLC after being on not so healthy diet his whole life.

Update: I've been ADOPTED!
