I am no cook, despite my efforts since retirement to develop some competence in the kitchen.
But after reading about the dangers inherent in pet treats, and especially poison ingredients in products imported from China, I decided to "start small" by making TREATS for my dogs.
Call this "Beginner's Luck", but i got this recipe online and have been making this for my dogs (a Bulldog and a Pug) now for about a month. They love them.
[My granddaughter Ava wondered what they were, and i told her EXACTLY, and she still wanted one. She ate it, said it was 'good'. Haha. Crazy kids.]
Anyway, here's the recipe. Hope you like.
