1 lb. ground turkey,
1 8 oz. can no-salt tomato sauce
2 egg whites
1 carrot, grated
1-1 1/2 Cups oatmeal
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray loaf pan with oil.
Mix all ingredients well and press into loaf pan.
Bake about an hour.
Let cool and slice.
Freeze any that won't be eaten in the next day or two.
