Oliver
8 ounces of plain or vanilla yogurt
a handful of fresh blueberries or strawberries
1 banana
1 Tablespoon of honey

Blend in blender until well combined.
Use a tiny amount water to thin if necessary.
Place in ice cube trays and freeze.

Oliver gets one of these every night as a treat and goes NUTS when we sees us pulling out the ice cube tray! (he hates strawberries so it's just blueberries for our little curmudgeon)

Have to make these tomorrow, it's so hot outside and these will definitely cool them down!

Hey! That sounds a lot like my breakfast smoothie! I add fresh baby spinach to mine (can't taste it!). I never thought about freezing it for the munchkins. Great Idea. :cool2:
