Ok, don't laugh now...I did say beer muffins. I don't drink and when we have family parties and get togethers there are always cans of beer leftover and they sit in my fridge forever. My mom gave me this recipe and I was skeptical, but the muffins are amazing! I don't like the taste of beer, but mixed with the sugar you can barely taste it!
Ingredients
4 cups baking mix (Bisquick)
1 (12 ounce) can of beer
2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
Beat all the ingredients in a mixing bowl at high speed for 30 seconds.
Fill 12 greased or paper lined muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
