Do what my old Baseball coach would recommend..."rub some dirt on it and get back out there!"

Then go see a Doc and get it checked out to find out exactly what has been injured. Only then can you begin to make a plan of treatment.

You have to find out if it is full or partial tear. In case it is partial and no surgery is needed, you will have to use stiff orthoses and NSAIDs for couple of months. Donā€™t expect very fast improvement, itā€™s a serious injury. After 4-6 weeks may be you will be able stop using stiff orthose and use soft knee fixator. Btw, in what circumstances you injured your knee?

have no clue!!!!!!!!!!!

With such trauma, there are common symptoms for all ruptures, which are caused by the trauma itself, and specific symptoms that only the doctor will determine. Specific symptoms will indicate which knee joint is torn. Be sure to consult a specialist.
