set oven to 400 degrees,
in blender, add 4 eggs, a pinch of salt,1cup of 1/2 & 1/2, 1 cup of flour,1 teaspoon of melted butter, blend well.
use a stainless steal fry pan( 12 inch) heat pan in the oven with 3 teaspoons of butter in it while you are blending batter.
pour batter into heated pan and bake for 28 minuets.
(do not peak-it will fall) brush with butter, and serve with warm syrup, or meat mixes, or my favorite, whip cream and fruit!
