OK - I tend to wing it but this is my favorite at the moment.

Rack of baby back ribs (or however much you want to make)
Dry rub to taste
Whiskey/water mixture (about half whiskey/half water)
Sweet Baby Ray's Hickory and Brown Sugar Barbecue Sauce

Sooo super easy but comes out great.

Rub the ribs with the dry rub the night before.
Put the ribs in the crockpot, cover with the whiskey/water mixture (about half of the crockpot).
Cook all day on low (about 8 hours).
Remove from crockpot, coat top with bbq sauce and broil 5-10 minutes.

That's it! They come out perfect! I usually make egg noodles and a veggie (something easy to go with it).

I love my ribs on the bbq but this is perfect for the winter and/or work days!
