Twinkys Fudge

1 Large Can Carnation Milk (do not substitute)
1/3 Cup Butter ( 5 1/3 Tablespoons --- (do not use oleo)
4 Cups Sugar

Using a very large, heavy pan, bring these ingredients to a vigorous boil.
Can turn the heat down some, but keep it at a good boil for EXACTLY SIX MINUTES while stirring continuously.

Remove from heat and ADD:
3 Bars of Bakers German Sweet chocolate (in green wrapper -- no substitute)
***(early) Chop them up in small pieces so they will melt quicker.
STIR until melted
1 package of Nestles Chocolate Chips 12 oz.
STIR in until melted
1 small jar of Marshmallow Cream STIR until melted
2 tsp. Pure Vanilla extract (not imitation) -- STIR
Walnuts -- mix in


*** ( Prepare pans early)
Butter sides and bottom of two 8X8 pans.
Use a large piece of tin foil to line the entire pan press tightly to fit snug
Let the sides fold over
Butter sides and bottom of foil.

Pour the fudge into the pre-lined buttered pan

Let it sit until it is cool and FIRM

Flip over on to a cookie sheet, lined with waxed paper

When firm, slice into the size portions you want and wrap in saran wrap, and place in the refrigerator.

Take out and let it get soft for 15 minutes before eating.
(Otherwise, store in refrigerator)
