Velvet Crumb Cake
VELVET CRUMB CAKE
1-1/2 cups biscuit mix (Bisquick or equivalent)
½ cup sugar
½ cup milk
2 Tbsp. Butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Grease and flour 8 or 9 inch round pan or 6 x 9 biscuit pan. Beat all ingredients.
Pour into pan and bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Topping: Mix ½ cup flaked coconut, ½ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup chopped nuts, 3 Tbsp.
Butter, 2 Tbsp milk. Heat in microwave about 25 seconds. Mix and spread on top of cake and broil until golden brown.
