she is definately not stable enough to own a pet...i'm assuming her child/children are in someone elses care (hopefully) if she was trying to mail the pup?!? it was NOT innocent stupidity....she lied to the mail clerk about what was in the box. i can't imagine what that pup might have had to go through...thank goodness the postal worker that has suspicions....didn't over look it.
