I have varied tastes....I grew up with country, I love Motown, Jazz, Rock some Rap...but not much of it....My favorite singers are Barry Manilow, Dolly Parton, Barbra Streisand, Diana Ross.
I listen to country on the car radio. When I play cds it's a wide range. My favorites are Chicago, Barbara Striesand, Bread, Perry Como and The Corrs.

seems alot of us just grew up or got old coz when i was young then metal was all i mainly heard but nowadays i hear some of the disco music on one of the soft hits radio station here and i think its funny coz they wouldnt play that before and now they shlep it along with rod stewart and mannilow...of course still wont play ac/dc or slayer but im sure the days coming when they do and then ill know for sure im old...i do listen to country but mainly from the mid 90s which was rock country and the staggering amounts of Garth Brooks soundalikes which made country fun...waiting for a comeback of that style...for now im hoping to go to the Big 4 in California coz its been a while for some good speed metal shows for me and i think its time...cheers

Classic Rock for the most part... still enjoying the music I grew up with. I also like something like Enya when I want to seriously chill and relax in some deep thought. My wife is a Hillbilly from Kentucky and I enjoy the Bluegrass that I have been exposed to. She also likes Country... some of it has grown on me, but not all of it.
I have Sirius satellite radio in my car which means I can put channel 11 on and listen to Britain's national Radio station which is "Radio 1". Because it's a national station played across the entire of the UK then it plays a total mix of music. You can have Slipknot next to P Diddy (or whatever he's calling himself these days) next to Justin Bieber () followed by a love ballad from Adele. The best thing is that they synchronise it so that when it went out in UK at 9am then that's what time it's played on Sirius so all the time checks are correct. So I would say that I get to listen to a very full and varied range of music.
Right now I really want Adele's new albumn.... 21!!
Check this out ... totally singing live!!
