Cleburne Police video shows an officer firing three shots at a seven-month-old pit bull wagging his tail.

That idiot should be dismissed! It's appalling! I didn't watch the video myself because i know it's going to be imbedded in memories for life.

I have a hard time reconciling the police's motto to protect and to serve and this officer shooting a dog wagging its tail.

This is just sad and very wrong to say the least and as the owner viewing the whole thing on video is simply adding insult to injury. Please hug your pets today.

Wow..I usually am on the side of law enforcement but there was no life threatening situation here..just a small dog wagging his tail. That Officer should be dismissed from the force...
