So ridiculous the neighbors that just moved in have shepherd that has been jumping the fence for the past 3 days and killed our Rottweiler this morning and we are in mourning . These people should have made sure their dog could not get out of their yard ! I will be depressed every Halloween now . My girls will be heart broken

I'm so sorry, are they just going to get away with this or is there any consequenses?

They have to pay us the value of our dog and their dog is gonna be put down since it is a vicious dog . I hate that for them but we don't need vicious dogs that don't stay in their yard running around .

Thanks I do worry that they will retaliate against us and try to hurt Sebastian so I have to be very careful and not take my eyes off him when he is out also going by the side of the fence and making sure they don't put poison in the yard .
