I just thought I would share w/you guys what happened this weekend…

I had sent an email to NuVet to let them know that I was down to one dog because Winston had passed away and obviously that would change my auto-ship thru them. I got the NICEST sympathy card from them, and it was actually signed by a person that works there. I was absolutely floored… I got more compassion from them then I did my own damn vets!!! And they have NEVER seen Winston!!! Just goes to show you the kind of company that they are I guess.

Yes, I get the NuVet Plus & the NuJoint Plus for Roxie. Winston was just taking the NuVet Plus… I have to tell you that Roxie is like her ol' puppy self now, running & jumping in circles… I can't say enough good things about their products. I have really seen a change in her!!!

I wish that more companies understood that a little caring and compassion for their customers go a really, really LONG WAY. I'll now start ordering from them as well just because I like to support that kind of loving karma. Companies that treat their customers as just another "number" should learn that it's much easier to retain customers - and gain new ones with decency. Thank you for sharing!!!

It's just the purchase code, you have to have it in order to purchase. EBN gets the advertising credits.
