Your post brought back memories of one time flying over to the USa and a passenger went to the toilet after take off and came back out in his flannette pj's. so maybe

So funny! I'll have to remember to pack PJs if I ever have a long flight! I prefer sit down because about the only food you can get by driving through is junk food. Our Panera Bread just put in a drive-through, though, and they have great tomato soup!

that is only one of many sights that I have seen on flights I could probably write a book when I finish travelling in my old age.
