Easter Dinner, Cook or go out? Taditional Ham?

Roast Lamb is traditional here at Easter.
i had my hot crossed buns today and tomorrow I will bake a Simnel Cake for after dinner on Sunday.

other than that I shall eat copious amounts of chocolate eggs

I wish that lamb was firstly easier to get over here, and secondly that you didn't have to take out a second mortgage to buy a decent size joint!!!

it ain't too cheap here either Karen, but alas I am addicted. We will be headed up to the farm in a few weeks to pick out our very own lamb...doesn't get any fresher than that :D
