1-2 weeks off work, probably more like a week and then I will hen peck if I have too. It is real quick really and I have heard the relief is instanteous

I got an idea get urself an iPhone n put ur non dominate hand in a spica cast for a year, by the time ur done ull be typing 50 words a minute with just ur thumb ok so it's not a great idea but it saves ur wrists

Oh, I'm so sorry! I'm sure you have because nobody wants surgery & it's a last resort but have you tried everything else first? Physical Therapy works so well & you're going to have to do it after anyway, or massage therapy, or acupuncture, or chiropractors?
I'm sure you have because I know when I'm in pain I'll do anything! Good luck!!!

I have tried most things but fighing this for 7 years wih braces ergonomic boards etc. but I am a typing fool at work and handwriting charts before that

Yeah :/ I will take it though around here the only LPN jobs r med passing at nursing homes it sucks!!! I shattered every bone in my wrist in a motorcycle accident 1 year in a spica cast n then surgery n 6 months in a spica splint it sucked but I'm pretty talented at one finger texting lol!!! Hope ur wrists feel better
